RETURN POLICY

**ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT** 

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery.  You must contact us to receive return authorization before returning your order. 

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please carefully fold your merchandise before packaging it for return or exchange. Excessively wrinkled clothing, clothing with stains, soil or pet hair will not be accepted for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned without authorization will not be eligible for store credit.

In the event your returned item is not accepted due to above conditions or if the items are returned after 14 days, the item can be returned to you at your own expense, or your unsalable items will be donated to a non-profit organization.

Accessories and Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit. 

 

A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-12 business days after we received and accepted the returned item.

Lost/Stolen

The Bellini Chic Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing a new item and then shipping back the returned product. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Bellini Chic Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

 

If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our store within 3 days of receipt of the order to inform us of the issue.

You will be asked to submit pictures of any defect and the item as a whole. Defective merchandise may be fully refunded at the discretion of Bellini Chic Boutique.  Instructions for returning defective merchandise will be sent upon contacting us.  

 

Note: All items are inspected for damage before leaving our store or warehouse. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
